Notes for 2006-01-20
Pressure readings have played up again today:
-
At 05:58 and 05:59 two readings of 1088.8hPa were recorded by the base station — the previous value was 994.5hPa and the following value was 994.6hPa.
-
At 06:04 and 06:05 a value of 948.7hPa was recorded with a previous and following value of 994.6hPa.
-
At 06:24 and 06:25 a value of 1048.5hPa was recorded and at 06:27 a value of 1048.6hPa was recorded. Surrounding values were 994.3hPa and 994.3hPa.
-
At 11:10 and 11:11 a value of 992.4hPa was recorded, compared to a previous value of 1009.4 and a following value of 1009.5hPa.
-
At 23:21 and 23:22 a value of 908.2hPa was recorded, compared to previous and following values of 1017.2hPa.
Although these values were recorded on the base station it seems highly unlikely that they are valid. In each case they've been modified to match the surrounding values.
At 10:11 I finally got around to adjusting the absolute pressure setting on the base station to account for my height above sea level. Prior pressure values have been adjusted to fit in with this change.
There are spikes in the temperature readings during the morning due to sunlight falling on the thermometer.
